Hello Amy,
Your 1st question, You have to be best friends with the sim in order
to ask to move in pretty much just like in the sims 2. for your 2nd
question, Once you have finished create a sim you cannot assign hair
to different outfits again, but I have a cheat you can try for that.
Its a cheat that allows you to go back to Create a Sim mode for the
selected sim -- type (edit in CAS) where you type the cheats.. you
know Shift Ctrl C. If it doesnt work, you may have to type
testingcheatsenabled true just the way I have it here and then type
edit in CAS.
If some of your traits are not showing up, you have to make sure when
you choose them they actually went into the trait box, sometimes you
can click it and it wont go up when you think they did. double click
them next time and then double check it to make sure.
