objects_for_Sims2 Re: summertime

sherry, i'm so sorry for the rough spot you're experiencing , for living in michigan we have been fortunate, my son was laid off, but my husband has still been working, and our daughter was able to get summer work with the parks dept.and our youngest (19) just graduated this last june, may be going to work , just a dishwasher at a local resturant, but it is some work.

i sorry to hear about it to, we live in texas and its bad here. they cut my husbands hours to 30 a week so we had to let our house go and move in to my brothers to help each other out. he keeps saying hes gonna go look somewhere else but hes been there 10 yrs and with the way things are its hard to get a new job ,but i wish you the best of luck on your search.

Bummer about the job. It's never fun job hunting and in this economy its a nightmare. I wish you the best of luck.
Don't come to Michigan looking, we are worse off as far as unemployment goes than most everywhere else in the states.

Yeah, only thing I've done this summer is lose my job and spend the rest of the time looking for another one...  I am checking into going to ITT-Tech...  Hopefully things work out to where I can go and better myself...  At 45, it's hard starting over, though...
