objects_for_Sims2 Downloading Sims 2 content?

So i have go to puterwitch and the simsresource, and tried to download
objects, but it doesn't seem to work. I'll get to the step where you
double click it to install, but mine pops up with a window saying
'double click custom content file package to install' or something
like that. I know it may have to be unzipped, so i downloaded winrar
and winzip but its still doing the same thing. ??? im really confused
and don't know how to get it to work. Here's whats going on:
