Oh ok I see. I think I know another way to sort of help.....

1. Go to Sims2.ea.com
2. If you don't have an account then make one.
3. Click "Help"
4. On the left hand side click on "Email Us"
5.Okay this is the confusing part. Fill all of the spaces in however
way you want and then a sign will pop up underneath where you filled
all the spaces in saying, " Would you like to Email us or Conact an EA
agent Doing Live Chat?"
6. Click "Live Chat"
7. Then u may have to wait for about 20 min. but sometimes its really
quick.
8. You will eventually get contact with an EA customer Support Agent
and just ask then wat u want and do wat they say and it will usually
help!
