Does this happen with every apartment lot you try or a specific one?
Do you have any custom doors, especially apartment doors?
Are you using the door specified for apartments? It's called "the unique separator", costs $140. and shows a welcome mat in the thumbnail pic.
I would suggest you install all the patches for the EP's you have.

When I go to put my sims into a new apartment it loads and a error message comes up with object error loads off writting and door 1. I then have the option to cancel, delete or reset. If I cancel nothing happens it keeps appearing the same with reset and delete will just delete all apartment doors from the apartments. If I enter through build mode it does the same and when I try to reinstall the doors the error message comes up as soon as I click on the door.

You can't build on an apartment lot that has residents. You have to move them out and change the lot zoning to build.

I have not posted anything in awhile as been playing so much with no problems, but..... i am now getting a error message when trying to load appartments. This error message gives me the option to cancel, delete or reset and the only option it wil accept is delete. Sadly i do not have a organized downloads folder.
