There is also another way do the cheat "Boolprop Testingcheatsenabled
true" (to open a cheat, hold down CTRL,Shift, and C all at the same
time. Then hover over the mailbox, hold down shift and click on it.
Then click on make NPC. Lots of things will show up like burgalar,
mail carrier, and more. Click on "more" until u find Head Bad Witch,
or Head Good Witch. Then they should show up. If u need anymore cheats
