objects_for_Sims2 Re: gardening

lol thanks for letting me know as i knew they needed lots of light but i never knew about the night time ordeal i would have found out the hard way though lol.

The compost takes a while to... cycle through?  You can also use fertilizer on plots, 10S per bag.
 
I think its something like 10-15 sprays and you turn into a plantSim.  They only have a few needs, sunlight, love and water.  You'll need the lights from the gardening section then for the hours of darkness (they don't sleep).  I nearly killed mine coz i couldn't work out how to give her sunlight thru the night.  I felt so GUILTY!!!! (Bad God, BAD God!)

Yes use compost before you plant. You can fill the bin with raked leaves, newspapers,old plants, dead flowers, and household garbage.

Using the ladybug box will keep your sim from becoming a plantsim. They need to spray for that. Plant loads of plants and spray away. It keeps a count and goes back to the start if you leave the lot, so stay there and have one sim do all the spraying.
