objects_for_Sims2 Re: Major Problem, help please?

I love the Newmans, but i cheat like blazes, *grins*

Here is the juicer link:

and here is the computer one:

monique made the computer, i love her stuff, it is worth doing a search on her name and checking out the other things/mods she has done.  Her items are now listed as unsupported as she is not around.  I will say i have never had a problem with her things.  Oh another thing her computer does is enable homeshopping.  One thing i did notice is that if i buy clothing from the puter and THEN go shopping for clothes elsewhere, the game doesn't seem to like it. (it burped, farted and crashed) - so ok, i've hardly had a problem?  And the first time you shop, it takes AGES to come up... everything freezes for a while, BUT if you shop again straight away it is quicker... just takes a long time to initially load i guess, and would probably depend on the number of downloads you have.

Sorry it took a while to reply, MTS was down yesterday.

Enjoy!

ooh they sound really useful, do you have links to them? and yeah i love how you can now put away the leftovers, makes it so much easier to make a few meals at once so mum can sleep and the kids can get food from the fridge for themselves!! i'm playing the newman clan which is 2 teenagers, 2 kids and 2 toddlers, all babies with no parents, its very fun to try and do it without a nanny!! i make the teenagers take it in turns to go to school, and i have a very effective routine....i wont go into detail(unless anyone wants details-it works perfectly so that when you put the toddlers to bed they dont get up until 6am and everyones till goes to bed at a reasonable-ish time) but i love the leftovers option as the 2 kids can get home from school and ge their own afternoon tea :)

I was annoyed that you really have to have a gold badge to be an effective gardener, the bronze and silver badges don't seem to do much, so i got a computer from MTS that, among other things, lets you study badges (only up to Seasons badges, but i use it for fishing and gardening badges anyway).  I also got a cheat that allows the juicer infinite capacity.  I didn't realise this until it happened, but with enough of a fruit or veggie in there you can serve drinks.  You get 6 glasses, and although your Sims will try to clean it up after a couple of days, it doesn't seem to go off.  Unless you are really REALLY hungry, one glass will top up your hunger.

I love sparkly food, and will often save the leftovers, good for a topup if someone is only like a quarter hungry.

You can stick old boots that you get fishing, into the juicer and drink blended boot LOL.  You can also put them on the wall, they become a plaque with a boot.  If you put a fish you have caught on the wall, the penquin will come into the house in winter and try to jump for it.  I love how the penguin talks to snowmen you have made in your yard.  And oh yeah, i (ok my Sim!) patted the penguin, then did it again and he pee'd on my shoes!  Disgusting creature! (laffin here)

Just that they get full really quickly on sparkly food and so will get fat if you don't watch them closely!

No thunderstorm yet, and I was wondering if I actually saw the food sparkle. Apparently so. What happens if they get too full from sparkly food? I know if they eat when they're not hungry they'll get fat......

Had a thunderstorm yet?
I love the fruit trees, plants and greenhouse that came with seasons. And the fishing ponds. Sparkly food is the best, just make sure your sims stops eating when they get full.
