omw, this is soo typical it seems anymore of lots of companies, service is just not service, i am always sooo glad to get someone anymore that cares, that i tell them how much i appreciate their concern, etc. etc. can be such a nitemare, last Christmas i had a BIG todo with a company i bought a new computer desk from, and this was the same kind of run a round i got, i really sympathize (i'm sure this is not spelled right, lol, but spell check doesn't)   , keep after em.
