Hi,

Avast is a totally free antivirus even the registration to it – and it works great. I went onto a site which was infected and I knew it immediately. You can get it at download.com as well – I find it better than avg and believe me I searched nearly a month for it and tried most of this free antivirusses.

ok Here goes this is the one I have (AVG) and yes it is free.
