In the Neighbourhood press ctrl+shift+c. Then type in boolprop TestingEnabled true (this is case sensitive so type it like I wrote it. Then click on the house you want to enter. Shift click on your sim (press shift while clicking on your sim. You should get a menu up and click more until you see spawn. You should then see something that says make vampire. After you make your sims vampires hit ctrl+shift+c and type in boolprop TestingEnabled false to turn the cheats off. I think this is how you do it. If this does not work or you dont see it let me know and I will double check. I will be on the game myself later.

I sim, therefore I am
I've posted about this before, but i'm still having trouble. i can't
sim to get my sims to become witches. I even got the npc to live with
my sim so I could put her in the sim bin and control her. the witch
never has the option to teach anyone and my sims never have it either.
plus i don't know how to do spells. can anyone help me? especially
with doing spells
