objects_for_Sims2 Sims 2 Mansion Garden and other expansions

I have almost all the Sims 2 Games and played them for over two month
and now I can't play anyone in my laptop, first they freeze and now
they don't let me download nothing. My laptop is new (February) and
already I have uninstalled everything and installed again but nothing
happen. I'm scare to loose all my stuff from the game or even play the
new Sims 3 in June. What can i do?
