objects_for_Sims2 Re: hi all

I enjoy them both as stand alone games, however there are some really interesting things that can be done on each one that can not be accomplished on the other.

objects_for_Sims2 Re: see through sims

That's normal for university. NPC students often turn invisible. I am not sure if it was fixed in the patch, as it isn't really a bug.
Anyway, it is nothing to worry about!

objects_for_Sims2 Re: Help I can't delete serving dish

Figure out which mod object it is that isn't working correctly. Then delete it. Your trash problem will just go away because that object will no longer be in the game.

I had my sim serve dinner for her family and she set the server plate
on the counter. For some reason I can't click in the serving dish. It
keeps saying it is in use, but the food is rotting and I'm getting
flies! I tried using moveObjects but i kinda got it stuck in the
trashcan outside. Now my trashcan has green fumes with flies buzzing
around. I should tell you this was a meal I got from Mod but none of
the other meals I've gotten have done this. Any ideas on how I can get
rid of the rotting serving dish?

Try moveobjects & move the trash can, the platter should still be there. Then pick up the platter and hit delete or drag & click to remove platter.

Sorry for asking about this again, but my daughter is a twilight fan and wants to make a vampire family...

objects_for_Sims2 Re: TSR Workshop VIRUS ALERT.

Inreesting... I had just dowloaded the New Workshop about 2 weeks ago...
Never used it or even opened it, but shortly after, the computer that I
downloaded it on crashed. Now it had a harddrive that was failing, so I
figured that it finally did. Fortunately, I already had a new harddrive to
put in its place. Then the motherboard overheated. I'll be going from 2
750g harddrives to 1 1500g (or 1.5t) and 1 750g harddrives... Paid same for
the 1.5t as I did for 1 750g last year... Also upgrading motherboard and
chip. Going from a duo quad 2.4 to a duo quad 2.88 and again, motherboard
price is lower, but the chip is about same price as what I paid last year
for the 2.4...

She is trying to make a vampire without nightlife.
As far as I know it is not possible. I suppose you could search up some clothes, and possibly a vampire skin and teeth, but there is no way to make the sim ACT like a vampire without NL.
Why not search ebay, craigs list, free cycle, and your local game stores? I'm sure the price has come down.

objects_for_Sims2 Re: OT: Just for Curiosity - Sim Players that also play WoW

Thankyou Susim,
Think i'll stick with Sims2, at the moment i'm not playing anything. My C and D drive were full on my laptop. I've gotten over
my withdrawls, It took all of the time (51/2 weeks) that we were travelling and the 2 weeks we were back before I could get it corrected.
Tried to play on the plane over but ran out of battery power.lol
Can't even afford Sims3 yet.
Pity we gotta eat aye.
cheers

World of Warcraft. http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/index.xml
It's an online game. You buy the game (more expensive than sims) AND you pay each month to play online.
Don't get hooked on it. But if you do I play mainly on the server Dawnbreaker, as Seraphia level 80 night elf hunter.
