objects_for_Sims2 Re: Vacation, with no returns

I had a Sim, went on a beach vacation and stayed in his vacation home.  When he got there, he went around the back of the house and hopped in a hammock.  He then froze, i unfortunately saved it just after he got in the hammock.  The other Sims around the place moved (people passing by, etc) but he didn't, although his stats kept going down.  I tried deleting him... no luck.  Still said he was on vacation, but couldn't play him.

So i went to another Sim in the home neighbourhood and used the transporter shrub from MTS to transport him to her house.  That worked!  Then i rapidly built up their relationship and moved him in.  After that, he used the "move out" option and got his old place back.

Cheers

My Sims went on a trip to Lake Woods, and stayed in their Vacation home, but when it was time to go, they went home, and another taxt showed up. But when they got in, and the vacation home showed up, they were nowhere to be found and the control panel, would not allow the live mode to fuction. Are my Sims lost forever? If not, what should I do for them to return home?
