Oh they have concern and respect - for MONEY! And are finally finding out that long-term neglect of your fanbase doesn't pay. I'm sure other games distributors also care about money, it is after all the bottom line for them. But they work hard at quality control, putting out a game that has had the bugs thoroughly tested and fixed, for the most part. EAGAMES/Maxis has time and again released buggy games, with a late-release patch that not everyone can access, after all you need internet to get it. They have finally gone too far with this whole SecuROM fiasco, and i'm betting have no plans to change. I, too, hope they fall flat on their collective arses. I'm not the only one who has had enough.
